Laws of the Land

There are certain laws that apply and are taken seriously, just as every country and state has its own laws so does the city of Vega and the academy. The laws, as you will see, are extremely harsh, but all the more reason to risk breaking them. Cool

City laws:
1. You must be 18yo in order to drink. Breaking this law results in death.
2. You must be 16yo in order to smoke cigarettes. Breaking this law results in death.
3. Drugs are illegal. Being caught consuming, using, selling, or in possession of drugs will result in death.
4. Slander and libel are serious offenses. The result is having your lips sewn shut.
5. 10pm is the city curfew. Anyone out past this time will be shot. Survivors will be prosecuted.

Academy laws:
1. Anyone who fails to go to college will be executed.
2. Sex will not be tolerated in the dorms. Doing so will result in death.
3. Fighting will result in losing a finger for each offense starting with the pinky of the left hand.
4. If you snitch, you will be held just as responsible as the offender.
